~The abandoned track of the JR Fukuchiyama Line~
Date: July 13, 2025. 2nd Sunday in June.
Course: The abandoned JR Fukuchiyama Line from Takedao Station to Takarazuka.
1st meeting place/time: In front of the ticket gate at JR Osaka Chuo Station, 9:00AM
*Take the JR Takarazuka Line train bound for Shinsanda at 9:15 AM.
2nd meeting place/time: At the ticket gate of JR Takedao Station, 10:01 AM

JR; JR Osaka Station, No. 6 Takarazuka Line bound for JR Takarazuka Line, Shinsanda, 9:15 - Arrive at Takedao Station at 10:01
*If delayed, JR Tamba Road Rapid / Sasayamaguchi bound for Osaka 9:20 - Kawanishi Ikeda 9:39 (transfer to a local train) 9:44 - Takedao Station 10:01
Transportation fee: ￥590 from JR Osaka to Takedao Station
*If you are coming from the Hankyu line, transfer from Hankyu Takarazuka to JR Takarazuka and go to Takedao Station.
Detailed course description
Depart from JR Takedao Station. With a flashlight in hand, walk through several tunnels to Takarazuka along the former Fukuchiyama Line, which was laid along the valley of the Muko River and is now closed. The old Fukuchiyama line was discontinued in 1986 when it was replaced by a new line, but was recently redeveloped as a hiking course.
This is an enjoyable beginner's course where you can walk along the flat track while feeling the fresh breeze coming from the Mukogawa River valley. We will have a game tournament before lunch. After the hike, those who wish to join us can take a bath at "Natur Spa Takarazuka," a hot spring near Takarazuka Station, and enjoy a banquet at Torikizoku(Yakitori restaurant).
Participation fee: 200 yen
Course Difficulty/Distance: Beginner Approx. 6km
What to bring: Lunch, water, snacks, leisure sheet, flashlight.
Those who take a bath should prepare towels, underwear, etc.
Towels and swimsuits are available for rent for a fee.

詳しいコースの説明
JR武田尾駅を出発。武庫川の渓谷沿いに敷設されていた、今は廃線となっている旧福知山線を懐中電灯を片手に幾つかのかのトンネルを潜り抜けて宝塚まで歩きます。この旧福知山線は、1986年（昭和61年）新線に切り替わると同時に廃止されましたが、近年ハイキングコースとして整備されました。平坦な線路跡を武庫川渓谷から渡ってくる爽やかな風を感じながら歩く楽しい初心者コースです。ランチタイム前にゲーム大会、またハイキングの後、希望者で宝塚駅近くの温泉”ナチュールスパ宝塚” でお風呂。食事は焼き鳥屋さんに行きますのでみんな参加してね！
参加費用:￥200
コース難易度/距離:初級 約６km
持ち物：お弁当、水、おやつ、レジャーシート、懐中電灯、お風呂に入る人はその用意。タオルや水着は有料レンタルあり。
