No Computers is a recurring improv music event series at ‘The Deck’ which is a covered outdoor space behind the Old Church in Stoke Newington. The event is free and open to the public and the format is a feature act followed by an open improvisation where anyone can play regardless of background, ability or status. This event occurs on the last Saturday* afternoon of every other month.
1:30pm: start
2:00pm: feature act - Cos Chapman & Gardyloo Spew
2:45pm: open session**
4:30pm: end
Electronics welcome but no power supply is available.
Food and drink are allowed but please leave nothing behind.
Toilets available inside The Church.
Admission £0.
*Note that No Computers 22 is instead on the second-to-last Sunday of the month.
**This is a special No Computers with a participatory painting and drawing element in the mix!
