What if the Divine is more whole, more complex, and more balanced than we've been taught to see? Sacred Mirrors: The Dual Nature of the Divine in the Bible is an invitation to explore the sacred tension and harmony between complementary aspects of the Divine as reflected in Scripture.
Through a close reading of key biblical texts—both well-known and often overlooked—we will trace the presence of nurturing and fierce, intuitive and logical, creative and ordering forces that together reflect the fullness of the Divine. This course will help us recognize how the Bible mirrors not only divine wholeness, but also our own. We will also explore how these aspects of the Divine can be pinpointed, examined, and expressed fully within us and outside of us in our daily lives.
This class is open to all who are curious about deepening their spiritual understanding, expanding their view of God, and uncovering the sacred balance woven throughout the biblical story. No theological background required—just an open heart and a spirit of wonder.
