With the recent success of our 1st Annual East Gate Lodge BBQ Cook Off we have decided to have a hands on learning class. The primary focus will be racks of ribs! Mainly backyard style with a little bit of competition info thrown in.
This class will be taught by 2 award winning BBQ teams.

This is perfect timing as grilling season will still be in effect and football is still going! Become the Master of your Neighborhood and make your neighbors jealous!
This class will be first come first serve. We only have so much space so we are LIMITED to 20 entries.
20 spots available
$50 a spot (must pay ahead to reserve a spot) walk in day of will only be available if we aren’t full!
This class will fill up quick so don’t hesitate.
Our goal is to send all 20 people home with a rack of ribs to try out what you learned! (This hasn’t been confirmed but is our goal)
