It's time to release stress, emotional blocks, and beliefs that no longer serve you. Join Sabrina Mann on Saturday, July 12th from 1-3 PM for a powerful 2-hour EFT Tapping Workshop designed to help you clear energy, process emotions, and reconnect with your calm, confident self. You’ll be guided through a full group experience that includes education, demonstration, guided tapping and a time for Q&A.
What is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)?
EFT, also known as “tapping,” is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that combines ancient Eastern acupressure with modern Western psychology. It works by stimulating specific energy meridian points on the body—similar to those used in acupuncture—while focusing on emotional or physical challenges. This process helps calm the nervous system, release energetic blocks, and restore balance to the body and mind. Think of it as emotional acupuncture without needles.
Why Does It Work?
Modern research shows that tapping on these meridian points while voicing key emotions helps to disrupt the body’s stress signals—especially those triggered by trauma, anxiety, or long-held limiting beliefs. This lowers cortisol (the stress hormone), calms the amygdala (the brain’s alarm system), and opens the door for new thought patterns to take hold.
EFT + EMDR = A Powerful Brain Reset
When EFT is paired with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)—a well-known trauma therapy used to reprocess painful memories—the results can be deeply transformational. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain rewire how it stores distressing events, while EFT helps soothe the emotional charge and replace it with safety and clarity.
Together, they can:
~ Help rewire the brain’s emotional response
~ Reduce the intensity of traumatic memories
~ Strengthen inner resilience and emotional regulation
~ Support healing on both a cellular and energetic level
About the Facilitator:
