The first and most important learning in yoga is the Full Breath—learning to breathe diaphragmatically is the greatest tool you will ever possess. Through body awareness and movement, yoga teaches us how to come home to ourselves. With that listening, we begin to hear the whispers of our soul.
This one and a half hour workshop will be a mix of yogic styles suitable for all levels. We begin with breathwork. then progress into yogic postures and practices that awaken the body, balancing the chakras and creating a very positive vibe within our beings. We then finish with a deeply nourishing relaxation.
