Join us on a walk for families around Clophill Lakes for an introduction to Swifts, Swallows and Sand Martins.
Hopefully we’ll spot a few of these feathered friends and help you understand the differences and similarities. Bring binoculars if you have them – we will be able to loan a few pairs and show you the best places to spot these amazing flying wonders.
Length of walk: approx. 1.5 miles
£3 per family (up to 4 people)
Please book two family tickets if more than 4 people will be attending
Parking charges also apply
Suitable for families with children over 5 years
Children MUST be accompanied by an adult
We recommend wearing long trousers as we may be walking through areas of long grass
Sections of the route will be off surfaces paths with some uneven ground. There are no steep gradients. Please get in touch if you would like more information about accessibility.
