Join us for a peaceful 60-minute experience focused on gentle movement and deep relaxation. We’ll start with 45 minutes of light stretching and yoga-inspired flows to ease tension and reconnect with your body, followed by 15 minutes of guided breathwork to calm your nervous system. This special class will end with a guided meditation to quiet your mind.
