Goblin is an Italian progressive rock band, renowned for their influential work in composing film scores, particularly for Italian horror and thriller films. They are most famous for their collaborations with director Dario Argento, notably on the soundtracks for Profondo Rosso (Deep Red) (1975) and Suspiria (1977). The band's eerie and ominous tones in these scores, often with experimental sounds and bizarre vocals, have become legendary.
