Saturday July 26, Jenna Bernhardt is holding a Sweat and Sip event on the outdoor patio of the Paddle Trap!!

At 9am, you can get your workout on with Jenna Bernhardt, a local Personal Trainer of 13 years!

She has put together an awesome workout class- so get ready to move on a summer morning.
Make sure to bring a yoga mat and plenty of water as well!

For only $20 you will get a 1 hour workout- (full body, core, & mobility), and a choice of a Mimosa, Spiked Cold Brew, Margarita, or a Bloody Mary after the class.
