Los Cenzontles Touring Group bring an infectious energy to every performance and project, having collaborated with Taj Mahal, Jackson Browne, Ry Cooder, Linda Ronstadt and many others. Performing for the first time at San Francisco's famous First Unitarian Universalist Society, The celebrated Bay Area ensemble, whose name means “The Mockingbirds,” creates a compelling contemporary sound deeply rooted in rural Mexican folk music, artfully merging contemporary influences with traditional folkloric instruments.
