District Lay Speaker Training at Salem

Another Lay Speaker Training event has been scheduled for Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 9 am - 3 pm at Salem Methodist Church in Eastover. This is NOT a part of the CLM program of the Conference. This training is focused on supporting individuals who simply have a call to fill the pulpit of local churches when pastors are away.
The one day training is presented by the Fayetteville District Co-Lay Leaders, Elizabeth Mitchel and Art Simpson. The coursebook for the training was authored by the instructors. You will receive a coursebook along with some engaging and inspiring training to equip you as a Lay Speaker in the Global Methodist Church.
