Drop-In Tech Help

Tech Help is a monthly program that takes place at both the Winlock and Salkum Timberland Libraries. No registration required, just come in and spend up to 30 minutes with library staff to ask your tech questions. First come, first served. Additional one-on-one appointments may be scheduled.

This Program Covers:

-ebooks/eReaders
-Basic Computer Navigation
-Basic App Use
-Basic Cell Phone & Tablet Use
-General Internet Instruction
-Research Beyond Google
-Using Digital Library Resources

We Cannot Assist With:

-Setting Up New Devices
Fixing/Restoring/Repairing broken or infected devices, apps or email Accounts
-Entering Sensitive Information for you (e.g. credit card info, social security numbers, banking or medical info)
-Keyboarding, typing or proofreading documents
-We Cannot provide medical, legal or business advice opinions.
