Join us on Wednesday, July 16 at the Marian Sutherland Kirby Library at 6:00 pm when Western Pocono Trout Unlimited volunteers will present Fly Fishing for Trout: More than Just Catching Fish. Novices and veteran fisherman can appreciate this introductory program to the ancient and revered sport that continues to capture the passions of many.

The variety of subjects to be discussed include: trout species, cold water habitat, water quality, aquatic insects, stream side botany, fly rods, reels and equipment, casting, fly tying etc.

This is a great opportunity for youngsters and adults to learn the fun and challenging sport of fly fishing for trout that offers so much more than just catching fish.
