Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai Chi class is for beginners and will be at Hewitt Methodist Church, 600 First St, Hewitt, Tx. This class is designed to help with fall prevention as well as people with arthritis. The class meets every Monday at 11:00 AM and is $3.00 per week.
