Harvest to Table Cooking Workshop

Join fellow gardeners (or those who love fresh eating) for an evening in the kitchen! In this class, we will be harvesting ingredients from our garden at Lost Creek Reserve and making a fresh basil pesto. We will then combine the flavors of the pesto, fresh tomatoes, greens, and mozzarella to make a delicious summertime sandwich! If you love to garden, but need ideas on what to do with your harvest, this class may just be for you!
