7:30 AM – Demo Cross Training Shoe Fitting at Ardent Fitness
8:00 AM – Group Workout with Ardent Fitness

*Try different demo shoes for both the run AND cross training workout from Brooks, Mount to Coast & On; plus Kane will be on site as well.
