Welcome to flow jam 2025!!! Let’s shake off some rust or learn a new skill!!
For those who have been to a flow jam before, welcome back!!!
For those who have not… well here’s a little info!
Flow jams are a safe space for the flow arts community to learn from each other, grow together, and build each other up!!
- What does a flow jam mean?? Well flow arts consist of a handful of different mediums, the most popular are Hula hooping, Poi, Fans, and Staffs. There are sooo many more so if your feeling it! Bring it!!!
You do not have to even flow to come!! There were days I spent sitting on a blanket just enjoying people learning around me while I worked on a craft or just enjoyed the music!!
Yes, there will be music!!!
Please bring water to stay hydrated, snacks to not get hangry, and an open mind!!!
