This experience blends intentional movement with sound healing, using the support of our Vibroacoustic sound beds to bring each chakra into alignment through both sensation and vibration.
As you journey from root to crown, you will be guided into holding specific gentle stretches or poses designed to activate and open each energy center. These movements are simple and deeply intuitive, allowing your body to become a gateway for sound. For each chakra, a different posture is used to help focus the frequencies exactly where they are needed. For example, you may rest on your belly to receive solar plexus frequencies directly into your core, or fold into childβs pose with your forehead grounded to awaken the third eye.
