Step into Spring with a 4-day retreat of gentle movement, breath, and reconnection on the lush grounds of the Origins Centre.

This is a chance to slow down, return to your body, and settle into the rhythm beneath it all - through flowing Qi-Gong, forest stillness, firelight, shared meals, and optional bodywork.

With an extra day to deepen into the land and your practice, this longer-format retreat offers spaciousness, simplicity, and stillness - and tends to fill quickly.

Kip has been the caretaker of the Origins Centre since 2020 and is the founder of Natural Perspectives, offering bushwalking journeys rooted in spirit and simplicity. He shares Qi-Gong as a living, evolving practice - one that returns us to the body, the Earth, and the quiet places in between.

Kip trains with the Forest Rock Qi-Gong global community, deepening his relationship with Qi-Gong as a pathway to healing, harmony, and flow.
