Summer Saturdays at Philipsburg Manor

We're closing out Summer Saturdays with a feast of cultures and flavors. It's Global Grains!

See cooking demonstrations of colonial pancakes, Peruvian humitas, sample eba bread, and grab a drink from Montclair Brewery (they offer Baobab beer).

Kids can create their own grain collage and paint with flour paste or cozy up for stories about bread from around the world.

Summer Saturdays are a weekly series of themed days for families to get hands-on with history. Activities include historic demonstrations, crafts, tours, and more.
