Virginia Winery Tasting with Marc Herman of Barrel Oak

Come enjoy a Virginia wine country experience without leaving the Beltway. We’re very excited to have our old friend Marc Herman stop by and showcase the new direction of Barrel Oak Winery and Brewery. Many people think of Barrel Oak as the place that allows dogs, but they have made a lot of changes over the last few years, including new ownership and a new winemaking team led by Jeremy Ligon. When Marc showed us the current wines they are making, we were very intrigued and excited to share. We will also be showcasing some Virginia cheeses and local meats from Chapel Hill Farms in Berryville for a taste of the Virginia countryside in a nice, air-conditioned room close to home.”
