During the 45 minute sound session, you are invited to stretch out, relax, and allow your body and mind to rest and rejuvenate while listening to carefully selected instruments that use specific frequencies to aid in healing and rest.

Sound therapy has been scientifically proven to provide a wide range of benefits for the mind, body, and spirit:
