We are screening Disney's Lilo & Stitch with adjustments made to make the experience more relaxed.
The Film will be preceded by a five minute countdown timer, which will start counting down at the advertised start time (14:00).
Whilst the countdown is running, our usual house rules will also be displayed.
There will be no adverts or trailers - with the film beginning at 14:05 - and throughout the film there will be lower sound and our lights will be left on a low setting.
The Bar Area is going to be quieter than usual and during the film we welcome guests to set out for a bit of quiet if required.
In our restrooms, the hand dryers will be switched off - with paper towels available for those that need them.
It is crucial that neurodivergent guests, their families and carers, can access our cinema with settings to help overcome barriers to entry. Our staff have been running these shows for many years, and are on hand to help where needed.
All are welcome to attend, but empathy and patience is a must.
We do ask that - if possible - you support the cinema in purchasing snacks and/or drinks, but understand that some guests may have very specific preferences that we are happy to allow (or if you want specific products in your own cup/tub, we will accommodate this also).
About the Film: When evil wizards Razamel and Gargamel take Papa Smurf, the Smurfs embark on a mission to the real world to save him. With help from some new friends, they must discover what defines their destiny to save the universe.
