These classes are perfect when you are wanting to re-align, lengthen and sculpt. We explore how controlled and flowing Pilates movements encourage the feeling of more space in your spine and mobilisation across all joints. The classes help improve your posture, flexibility, stamina and blood flow. Similarly to Mindful Movement classes we use props like stretch bands, overballs and weights to add extra challenge and variety to exercises.
