On July 25, we invite you to the Krug x Carrot dinner – an evening in collaboration with the legendary Champagne House, where we will celebrate a seemingly simple yet surprisingly versatile ingredient: the carrot. Barents Head Chef Artūrs Trinkuns will explore the balance of land and sea, presenting a 6-course dinner paired with Krug Grande Cuvée and Krug Rosé champagnes.

Guests will be the first in the Baltics to experience the Krug Grande Cuvée 173ème Édition, served with fresh scallops, black sturgeon caviar, carrots, and cacao bean miso.

The number of places is limited.

Start: 19:00, arrival from 18:30
Dinner duration: 3 hours
