Smokey and N.E. Girl bring deep cuts to the booth, drawing from the underground and sound system cultures that shaped them. With a foundation in UK bass, Copenhagenโs alt. club, and global rhythms, their sets fuse percussive dance floor energy with transcendental, heavyweight blends. Expect bass pressure and unexpected turns.

A standard bearer for the fusion of Copenhagenโs latent experimentalism with a more club-forward sensibility, A.Dixen - the moniker of Copenhagenโs Anders Dixen - is a project neither rigid nor bound, expressing instead a path of development which follows that of his own mental intrigue. It is an effort in condensing years experienced at a wide vantage and spectrum of musicality, to refine it into something delivered with measured intent.
From driving u.k. techno and bass-weighted percussive tek to liminal dub abstractions and a kind of obtuse psych-minimalism, there lies in Dixen a freedom of movement and play expressed like currents in his mental wind. Whether via the introspection of scattered polyrhythms paired with dense atmospheres or through straight 4-to-the-floor thump, there is a coherent sonic thread which strings these diverse modes together, one bound oft in modular synthesis and analogue experimentalism. Despite this headsy proclivity, he is just as likely set to rights by the weather, the time, the space; sun beams through rafters calling forth an early tech-house attitude, a deep-house swagger, a steppers inclination borne out in more recent radio outings and club sets.
In navigating the dense interzones of contemporary club and beyond an expansive weight of influence can be parsed from his musical output, from the award winning original score for Brakland with fellow members of the electronic trio AV AV AV, to personal scores on art house films like Human Factors, to three album editions of Death Tapes on รEN Records.
Through A.Dixen we find entire multitudes, a reservoir channeled through an adaptive seekers sentiment into something singular. Forward, ever beyond.

HAKEEMโs loose, genre-bending style is a discovery journey into deep soulful sounds across the spectrum. His crate digging loot always spawns the forgotten classic, the timeless nugget or that familiar break.
His DJ sets are a celebration of eclecticism, blending charged rhythmic tension with obscure, seductive textures. Drawing from a deep well of knowledge that spans progressive house, techno, and UK-influenced club sounds, he masterfully weaves together seemingly disparate elementsโan approach honed through years of immersion in the scene.
