Kundalini Yoga is a wonderful and powerful form of yoga designed to work on the Kundalini energy to give you more energy to be awake & present, postive & calm in your life. It has postures, movement, breath, mantra, meditation & relaxation.

Anna (Amrit Jiwan) is a warm and gentle kundalini teacher, kirtan leader, and sound bath practitioner. She has been leading and teaching a path to meditation, healing, and awakening for over 10 years. Her teaching style is friendly, fun, gently challenging, and deeply meditative. Her aim is that you leave feeling hugely happy, uplifted, and inspired.
