Join us on Sunday 29th June, 10am–12 noon for Breathe with Ease , a Breathwork workshop designed to support your wellbeing and help you come home to yourself through the power of your breath.

Whether you're navigating stress, seeking more energy, or simply curious about how Breathwork can support your body and mind, this session is for you.

In this relaxed, beginner-friendly space, you’ll:
🌬️ Learn simple breathing techniques for calm and focus
🎶 Experience a beautiful 40-minute guided breath journey to music
🌿 Support your nervous system and emotional balance
🤍 Connect with a supportive group in a welcoming environment
