Melt into Yin Yoga

A wonderful two hours of Yin Yoga with tutor Rachel Windsor.

For those Yogis who have practiced Yin before, we will use this 2 hour session to spend longer in our poses, to sink into them more deeply and allow ourselves longer recovery rests inbetween.

We will finish the evening with a lovely and relaxing savasana underneath cosy duvets.

This class isn't suitable for beginners or those in the first trimester of pregnancy.

7pm - 9pm

All equipment is provided but you may want to bring your own mat to double up and create extra padding and softness.

Please wear warm and loose layered clothing and bring some snuggly socks too!
