Rather than holding long poses, this class is about listening deeply to the body’s wisdom, honoring its signals, and opening to the possibility of transformation through stillness and breath. With Latisa’s supportive guidance, students are invited to sit with what arises—resistance, sensation, emotion—and allow it to soften, shift, and evolve.
