Take a pause & start the month mindfully at Yoga Nidra & Cacao.

The first Sunday of each month, join me to toast a mug of ceremonial cacao, move through a short & gentle, seasonal yoga practice, then drift into a dreamlike state of yoga Nidra.

After the practice, there's plenty time to reground & connect with the community.

Cacao is a sacred plant with gentle stimulating properties. A little like coffee but without the jitters! It helps energise us & open our hearts to the practice.

Yoga Nidra, known as 'yogic sleep' is a deeply restful guided meditation, practiced laying down or seated. It takes you to a lucid point between sleep & wakefulness where great restoration can occur.
Some report feeling as rested as a whole nights sleep after just one hour!
