Experience gentle stretching and strength work while suspended in soft hammocks. Great for flexibility, relaxation, and core stability.
11:15 β 11:45 AM π Chair Dance
A sassy, fun, and empowering dance class using chairs as props. Perfect for building confidence and body awareness.
12:00 β 12:30 PM π Lyra (Aerial Hoop)
Try beginner tricks and spins on the aerial hoop. A playful way to build upper body strength and grace.
12:45 β 1:15 PM π Aerial Silks
Learn beginner wraps and climbs using long fabric silks. A beautiful and artistic aerial discipline.
1:30 β 2:00 PM πͺPole Tricks
Explore the basics of pole movement, spins, and transitions. Empowering, fun, and a full-body workout.
2:00 PM π«Ά Studio Orientation Discover how to access our space after hours with our Pole Gym Access program. Ask questions and tour the studio!
