Explore the dense cottonwood-willow riparian forest and marshlands at the Hereford Bridge trailhead in the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area. Join us as we explore along the river and grassland trails to discover the secrets of the natural world. Best suited for older children and adults. Not suited to dogs. This will be an easy to moderate walk of around 3 miles. We will start with an orientation. Be prepared with closed-toed hiking shoes, hat, water, hiking stick, insect repellant, and binoculars if you have them. Meet at the Trailhead ramada at 6:45. This is located on Hereford Road where it crosses the San Pedro. The Hereford Bridge Trailhead is addressable in Google Maps. As always this is a free walk.
