Midwinter is a great time to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your self.
This gentle, seasonal Hatha Yoga series invites you to move mindfully, be present and steady, and honour the natural stillness of winter while tending to your inner fire.

Each 75-minute session is a complete practice in itself, including gentle flow and longer-held postures (āsana), breath awareness and refinement (prāṇāyāma), focused attention (dhāraṇā), and meditation (dhyāna), concluding with a deep relaxation accompanied by the soothing sound of Tibetan singing bowls.

All welcome - this is a nurturing and reflective space, suitable for all levels
