Join us in Rose Larisa (formerly Crescent) Park for this 10-week summer series!
WHEN:
Wednesdays, June 4 to August 20 | 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. (No class July 9 or 16)
WHAT:
Developed as a healing art, qigong is a gentle movement practice that strengthens your vital energy (qi). Similar to tai chi, it is usually practiced slowly while standing, but because it does not involve a specific sequence of movements it tends to be simpler to learn. No equipment or experience needed. Simply dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
