Catholic Health Community Mobile Outreach Bus

The Catholic Health Community Outreach program provides free health screenings including blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, and glucose screenings, along with patient education and referrals as needed. The mobile outreach bus will be located in the Hampton Bays Public Library parking lot. Must be 18 years or older. No appointment is necessary for members of the community. Insurance is not required and there are no fees.
