Take a break, slow your pace, and reconnect with nature during a peaceful Forest Bathing walk at Silver Springs State Park on July 15. This calming 1.5-hour experience, also known as Shinrin-yoku– is designed to help you relax, reflect, and unplug. A Certified Forest Bathing Leader will guide the walk through quiet contemplation, sensory awareness, and gentle self-reflection. Electronic devices will be silenced to support a mindful environment. Please wear appropriate footwear for the one-mile trail, which includes a small incline. We’ll meet at the Fox Ridge Hiking Trail parking lot. Take the Fox Road entrance to Loon Lake, then follow the sign toward Toboggan Hill and turn right toward Fox Ridge Hiking Trail.
