Join winemaker Duncan Kennedy and salumiere Massimiliano Corradini for a masterclass that matches handcrafted cured meats with Kay Brothers grenache, held in the historic cask room at Kay Brothers.

Surrounded by old stone walls and maturing barrels in the heart of the heritage-listed working winery, Duncan and Massi will share the secrets behind their work. Duncan, winemaker at Kay Brothers since 2015 and an award-winning maker of grenache, will explain how he creates the fine handcrafted wines for which Kay Brothers is known. Massi, from Massi Handcrafted, will share the time-honoured methods of producing his renowned artisan cured meats. You will also learn the art of serving salumi and discover how to create pairings that enhance both wine and salumi.

This is a relaxed and informative event for anyone interested in how artisanal wine and food are made. Spaces are limited.
