Yoga in the Gardens - 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month 🌿✨
Join Anna for a blissful outdoor yoga session in the serene surroundings of the Botanical Gardens. Held on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month from 9–10 AM, these gentle sessions are open to all ages and experience levels—even if you’ve never tried yoga before!

🧘 Gentle yoga stretches to energize the body
🌬️ Guided breathing to rejuvenate the nervous system
🧘♀️ Relaxation & meditation to calm the mind and soothe the soul
🌿 What to bring: A yoga mat if you have one—spares are available.
