The Taos Public Health Office (1400 Weimer Road) will be providing no cost back-to-school vaccinations for all children aged 18 and younger regardless of whether they are a patient or have insurance at the following dates and times:
• Monday-Thursday: June 30-July 3: 2-4 p.m.
• Monday-Tuesday: July 7-8: 2-4 p.m.
• Thursday: July 10: 2-4 p.m.
• Friday: July 11: 8-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.
• Monday: July 14: 2-4 p.m.
• Monday: July 21: 2-4 p.m.
• Friday: July 25: 8-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.
• Monday: July 28: 2-4 p.m.
• Thursday-Friday: July 31-Aug 1: 1-4 p.m.
• Monday: Aug 4: 2-4 p.m.
• Friday: Aug 8: 8-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.
• Monday: Aug 11: 2-4 p.m.
• Monday: Aug 18: 2-4 p.m.
• Friday: Aug 22: 8-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.
• Monday: Aug 25: 2-4 p.m.
• Friday: Aug 29: 8-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m.

Parents are asked to bring their child’s shot record and Medicaid or private health insurance card if they have insurance, even though immunizations are provided at no cost to parents. No one will be turned away if they don’t have insurance.
