Join us this summer for a gentle/flow-style yoga class led by Lotus Roots Yoga that draws from traditional and contemporary methods. This class blends stretch, strengthening, patterned movement, breathing techniques, and simple meditation with the intention of supporting the practitioner to feel well on all levels. Must be able to transition to the ground and back up again.
This class is held outside in the grass. Please bring your own mat, sunglasses, water, etc. This is a great way to cultivate your yoga practice and learn techniques. Beginners welcome!
