Color Your Plate: KIK IT UP with Ottawa County OSU Extension Office and Miami Public Library

Miami Public Library Youth Department, in collaboration with the Ottawa County OSU Extension Office, is excited to present the Color Our World Summer Reading Program's "Color Your Plate" health literacy series. This initiative, named KIK IT UP, is designed to educate and empower young participants about the importance of healthy eating habits and nutrition.

Ages 6-8:
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Ages 9-10:
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Ages 11-17:
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

What to Expect
Each session will feature engaging, health literacy-driven games and hands-on tutorials on how to make each week's snack. Each session will end with participants trying out what they made!
