BUILD & BOND: MAT PILATES & STRENGTH WITH MAMA & BABY

Come move and bond with your baby at AC. This Mat Pilates Strength Class is a 45-minute full-body Pilates Strength experience hosted by AC Coach and mama Briegan, designed for mamas and their little ones (infants up to 1 year old, pre-walkers). We’ll move through feel-good exercises that support strength and connection — all at your own pace, with your baby right by your side.

Babywearing is highly encouraged during class, but you're also welcome to hold your baby or have them lay near your mat — whatever works best for you and your little one that day!

All fitness levels are welcome. We’ll have mats and light weights available (feel free to bring your own ankle or wrist weights if you’d like). After class, stick around and connect with other mamas! In addition to this workout, each attendee will receive an AC Goodie Bag and be entered into the raffle to win a special prize!
