Drawing Workshop with Don Thompson

Join us at the Main Library on Thursday, July 17th at 5:30pm for a night of still life drawing with Don Thompson, educator and facilitator of the Maine Drawing Exchange. Explore the principles of line and mass, composition, drawing theory and techniques. Some materials and easels will be provided, but you are welcome to bring a sketchbook or drawing pad and supplies. All skill levels are welcome in this safe work environment.

Don Thompson graduated from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia with a BFA in drawing/painting. Don is a facilitator and educator at the Maine Drawing Exchange, located at 39 Exchange St in Portland. He also is owner of Fine Line Studio, a painting and decorating business in the Portland area.
