Workshop.
Introduction Workshop 9am to 1pm
The workshop is a 4 hour introduction to working with Epoxy and Wood. It involves the selection and mixing of various casting Epoxies, pigments and wood. Safety aspects, preparation of wood and moulds, and pressure casting will be discussed. We discuss epoxy art, counter tops and epoxy flooring. The workshop is designed for beginners.
Lunch break 1pm to 2pm
Practical Round Coffee Table workshop 2pm to 4:30pm
Table size: Approx 380mm diameter. Excludes Legs.
This includes the mentoring process and all materials. Your tabletop will be demoulded and sanded at our workshop in Gauteng. The completed top will then be delivered to you via a courier service at no additional cost. No previous workshop experience is required. This workshop allows you to practice and understand the process of working with this medium and then being able to upscale the process to be able to build bigger items like River tables.
Costs: R1800
Deposit of 50% will be required to secure your booking.
