Monday Night Salsa
We hope you're ready to take your Cuban social dancing to the next level with us in 2025! Here are some exciting updates about our classes!
Starting from 23rd June, we now have a free social dance for 30 minutes, followed by two hours of our group classes every Monday night!
At 6pm, warm up before the class with 30 minutes of free social dancing. We'll be playing our favourite Cuban music for you to enjoy dancing in a safe, friendly environment, practice the skills you've learned, or get help from our instructors if you have any questions.
At 6:30pm, we now offer 3 levels of Cuban salsa classes so that all our students can find a class at the right level:
Beginners - Introducing new students to the basic foundations of good social dancing.
Improvers - Learn partnerwork, turn patterns and footwork to use on the dancefloor, while also refining and improving your foundation techniques.
Intermediate - Take your skills to the next level with more challenging turn patterns, which expand upon the techniques learned in our improvers level.
At 7:30, we continue with 2 levels of Rueda de Casino for intermediate and advanced, where we learn rueda patterns while also having plenty of fun dancing freestyle rueda! To join our rueda, you only need to know the foundations (guapea, enchufla, dile que no/dame) which are taught in our 6:30 class. We encourage everyone to do both classes!
We now offer a 10 class pass which offers our regular students significant savings, and all our passes can be used any time with no expiry!
