Sign-up EARLY for this class… It sells out every time! This class is hands on! Chef Rudie will teach how to make the perfect sushi rice. Where to buy and how to prepare ingredients for both seafood and vegetable sushi rolls. Sushi grade tuna will be used in this class, half will be made into spicy tuna. Bring your appetite. Every student will roll two sushi rolls of their choice and go home with their own bamboo sushi mat. This class is limited to 12 people.
