Wine Down Wednesday is a unique, engaging, meditative class where we savor mindful sippies & enjoy the art of wine, combining gentle mat movements, deep stretches, intentional breathing (Pranayama) & connection to self.

This is a purposeful & meditative practice that leaves you feeling elevated, relaxed, at peace & rejuvenated.

Two glasses of red or white wine are included, mocktails available for those who refrain from alcohol.
