with Hannah Mann
Sunday, July 6th, 11 am - 12:30 pm
Location: Royal Palm Pointe
Donation
Join 300-hour teacher trainee Hannah for a nourishing and reflective workshop centered on the five Niyamas, the guiding principles that help us balance higher consciousness with everyday life. Through mindful movement, journaling, group discussion, and guided Yoga Nidra, we’ll explore how these teachings can bring greater clarity, contentment, and connection into our lives.
Together we’ll build community through shared reflection, explore personal patterns and attachments, and reconnect with what grounds and inspires us. This experience offers a valuable space to slow down, turn inward, and engage with yogic philosophy in a way that feels both accessible and deeply personal. You'll be invited to leave with a simple, intentional practice to carry forward, anchoring the Niyamas into your daily life.
Donations for this workshop will benefit To Write Love on Her Arms, a movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, & suicide
